Mission:

As part of our growth, we are looking for a Community Manager Intern to develop and engage our communities on Instagram and TikTok. Your goal: strengthen the brand’s image, interact with our audience, and optimize our social media presence.

Your Responsibilities:

✅ Create and schedule engaging posts for Instagram and TikTok, aligned with the brand’s strategy
✅ Write catchy captions that resonate with our young and dynamic audience
✅ Suggest trending content ideas (Reels, challenges, collaborations, etc.)
✅ Interact daily with our community: reply to messages, comments, and identify engagement opportunities
✅ Analyze post performance and adapt strategies based on results

Profile We’re Looking For:

🎓 Student in communication, digital marketing, or a related field
📱 Passionate about social media, with strong knowledge of Instagram & TikTok
💡 Creative, dynamic, and an excellent communicator
🗂 Autonomous, organized, and proactive
💄 An interest in the beauty industry is a plus!
